Hi Marilee,
Unfortunately I am not doing well.
I have been in hospital 3 times since the end of January.
My heart is really in a bad state. I now have permanent Atrial
Fibrilation and in grave danger of having a blood clot form in my heart.
I also have two leaking valves.

I am on more medication.
It is not the car that rattles but me.LOL

I had to go for an eye scan today because of my diabetes.

My niece's husband died last week, he was only 62 and he had heart
problems too. If I am well enough I will be going to his funeral next
week.

I take each day as it comes and I am not doing any craft work at
present, just my family history.

was in the hospital Christmas week with blood clots in both lungs, so am
on coumadin the rest of my life. Of course I am an old lady so have to
expect health problems. I haven't done any bead work for a year, bought
a bunch of beads while in Quartzsite Ariz, in 2009 and haven't even
touched them!!! Gave up my booth this year and that hurt after going
down for over 30 years. I wish this group would thrive again even with
the friction that sometimes happened!!!! You take care and sending
prayers and love to you across the sea!!!! Keep positive and don't give
up!

Thank you Maren!!! I'd say that you are the most faithful poster here.
I so enjoyed lurking for many years, was always afraid to join in as I
am not that great a beader, just do mostly beaded cabs. Do you know I
have beaded purses and some neck pieces that my Mom and Grannie did
years ago, just wish they could see the pieces I have done, but their
work was just beautiful. Funny how these crafts come back over and over
again.
